Gerald Quijano

is our company director. He founded Best Advice Limited in Auckland, 2007. He was among the first licensed immigration advisers in New Zealand in 2009.


He has helped many international students, foreign workers and immigrants successfully apply for New Zealand visas.


Gerald graduated with a BA in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. He became a permanent resident of New Zealand in 2008 and a Kiwi citizen in 2013.



Yeguang Chi

holds a provisional license from Immigration Adviser's Authority and is our Business Development Manager.  He is originally from China and is based in Auckland.

He holds BA and MS degrees in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. He also holds Ph.D. and MBA degrees in Financial Economics from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.


He has education consulting experience with university applications and has helped many Chinese students get accepted to American universities such as Brown University and Emory University. 


Kamila Quijano

is our Marketing Director based in Auckland, New Zealand. She graduated with a BA in Economics from Earlham College in the USA and an MA from Yale University. She has been with Best Advice since the start and worked as a Minister at Marist College. She has also worked to help Chinese students get into American universities including the University of California, Purdue University, Indiana University, Colorado University and Lehigh University. She has been a New Zealand permanent resident since 2008.

Kendra Solomon 

holds a provisional license from the Immigration Adviser's Authority and is our Office Administrator based in Auckland. She is from Manila, Philippines. 


She graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a BA in Culinary Arts. She worked as a Barista and Chef for four years, and has completed the Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice. 

Troy Bayoneta

is our Marketing Head based in the Philippines. Prior his stint as a marketing representative of Kauri Academy in the Philippines, he founded his own  outsourcing company of 50 outbound  agents. His company was an industry pioneer, consistent top seller, multi-awarded, doing a nationwide outbound telemarketing campaign for a leading Telecommunications in the Philippines. Among his past clients were Citibank, Standard Chartered and Microsoft. 

He has extensive background in marketing, recruitment and outsourcing for over 20 years. He earned his bachelor's degree major in English, minor in Education in FSUU.
